Active Birthing Classes & Pregnancy Flow combined or individual! As you start to prepare for your labour & birth - are you looking for a class that: - Helps you to prepare for a confident labour and more positive birth experience? - Helps to ease some of those common pregnancy ailments like heart burn & back pains - Gives you time and space to connect more with yourself & your baby? -Teaches you how to create your own labour bubble by using elements of hypnobirthing and breathing techniques & how to relax? -Helps to prepare your body for birth? - we will focus on birthing muscles like the uterus, psoas and also pelvic floor muscles - Teaches you how to encourage baby into their ideal birthing position? - Gives you time to not just learn but practice all the movements which are fantastic for pregnancy but also ideal for labour and birth? -Ensures that you have all the tools and techniques? - ( Breathing for all of the different phase of your labour and birth; movement, positions & more!) -Supports you to feel confident in all of your choices so you feel prepared and ready ahead of your labour and birth? -Teaches you about the labour journey step by step in an easy to understand way? -Shared time with other mum's to be in a small group? -And gives you free access to online tutorials and ongoing support from the teacher beyond your classes until your baby arrives? Then this Class is perfect for you! An all round holistic approach including unbiased and evidenced based education! Classes can be adapted to suit pregnancy related conditions and are gentle classes, designed for the pregnant body from 14 weeks gestation. Whether this is your first baby or you have done this all before, the Active Birthing Classes are perfect for you to enjoy pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing in one class. Book your classes in 6 week blocks but you can come to as many terms as you choose. You will get all the tools and education in one term but there are so many benefits to two or even three terms as you prepare physically and mentally for birth. You can choose to attend just for yoga and relaxation (Pregnancy Flow + 1 breathing technique) or come for the whole class and enjoy the education and discussions too. I strongly recommend attending at least one term with the education element. For partner preparation The Parent or Active Birth Workshop complement your ActiveBirthing Classes perfectly.
