What Type of Antenatal Casses do you offer?
We provide two core antenatal paths: Active Birthing Classes (movement, hypnobirthing, breathing, and birth preparation) and Parent Birth & Baby Care Workshops (comprehensive preparation for you and your birth partner covering every birth, eventuality, preparations before and after birth, infant feeding options, and how to care for your baby and yourselves as new parents in the early days at home).
When should I start antenatal classes?
Most parents-to-be join our comprehensive workshops from around 25 weeks pregnant right up until the baby's birth. Making sure that there is enough time before your due-date to complete a workshop is important to avoid disappointment.
Who can attend the Active Birthing Classes?
These sessions combine gentle pregnancy yoga movements with active birth education and are for the pregnant person only.
Can my birth partner come to the classes?
You are welcome to join these classes from Yes! Birth partners are highly encouraged to attend our Parent Birth & Baby Care Preparation Workshops. The only class he cannot attend with you are the Active Birthing Classes.
From what gestation can I attend Active Birthing Classes?
You are welcome to join these classes from 14 weeks gestation up until your baby is due. You can come for multiple terms to deepen your muscle memory.
