As an independent teacher fully trained in this setup, I deliver this exceptional workshop directly to local families. From birth plans to labour massage, and feeding to nappy changing—I have got you covered. 👋 MEET YOUR TEACHER Hi, I am Ana, your teacher! I provide realistic, evidence-based preparation for birth and parenthood in a warm, inclusive, judgement-free space. I am here to support your unique choices so you feel confident and prepared. 👥 WHO IS THIS FOR? Designed for all pregnant individuals and their co-parents or birth partners. Ideal to attend from around 25 weeks pregnant until birth.
